This was our motto when we started direct marketing in 2007.
Our Dinkelhof Gruber is a farm with veal fattening and direct marketing, covering around 12 hectares of agricultural and 6.5 hectares of forestry land.
Spelt is grown on our farm and is processed into flour, rice, semolina, flakes, pasta, bread and baked goods.
A new bakery was set up in 2008. In 2010, a grain mill with a sieving machine was purchased, which enables us to grind and sieve wholemeal, fine flour, semolina fine/coarse, (pasta) and bran.
In 2012, we opened our own farm shop, which allows us to supply our regular customers and resellers with our products very flexibly. In 2014, a new processing and storage room was built.
We try to produce food sustainably with nature and market it regionally.
