Coffee ...
It took a long time to find the right green coffee. When searching for it, we were concerned on the one hand with the quality of the coffee beans and on the other with traceability right back to the farmer. For this reason, we mostly import the green coffee directly from the countries of origin, thereby guaranteeing fair prices for the coffee farmers.

Love ...
It is our passion that drives us to get the best out of the green coffee bean. When you consider that coffee contains over 1000 different flavours, which are accentuated or simply disappear during the roasting process, it is the skill and responsibility of the roaster to bring them out in the best possible way.

And Magic.
We believe that coffee is something special. The awareness that it takes many hands before the coffee ends up in the cup for enjoyment creates a respectful relationship with our partners, but also with the raw material that is so important to us - the green coffee.
