Lavendeltaler from the Kräuteralm Klaffer

A recipe from herbalist Christine Stummer.

Ingredients:

  • 150 g butter
  • 120 g sugar
  • 170 g flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon dried and chopped lavender flowers

Preparation:

Cream the butter and sugar, add the egg, mix the flour with the baking powder and lavender and fold in. Stir in a little milk if necessary. Using a piping bag, pipe small pastries onto the tray and bake at 150° for approx. 15 minutes until golden brown. Good luck!
