Flower butter
Ingredients:
Butter, a little salt, lemon juice, chives, stems of goutweed leaves and stems of meadow hogweed (peeled), some yarrow, colorful flowers, e.g. meadow bellflower, dandelion, sage, kidney vetch, cuckoo flower, widow flower, ...
Preparation:
Finely chop the herbs and stalks, stir into the soft butter with salt and lemon juice. Pluck the flowers and scatter on a piece of greaseproof paper. Shape the butter into a roll and chill.
