Mühlviertler Landbäckerei // Bäckerei Filipp - Bäckerei Pammer

Filipp Karl Senior and his wife Maria opened their bakery in Walding in 1962. A lot has happened during this time.

In 2000, the Filipp bakery in Walding and the Pammer bakery in Bad Leonfelden joined forces to form a quality partnership. The extraordinary thing about this is that Karl Filipp Senior was the first apprentice at the Pammer bakery before he ventured into self-employment.
In 2022, the two bakeries moved into the new joint headquarters under the umbrella brand of "Mühlviertler Landbäckerei".

The journey there was characterised by the diligence of every single employee, who always gave their all for growth. The company currently employs around 100 people. A total of 5 apprentices, 20 bakers and confectioners.

A flagship store has been built in the form of the "dough stall", as the experience bakery in front of it is called. In addition to a cosy atmosphere, it also offers complete transparency and an insight into the production process. This gives the profession the appreciation it deserves, as everyone can see the artisan production for themselves. In addition, baking workshops and guided tours are offered in the bakery, where young and old can become bakers themselves and get a visual insight into the bakery in the in-house bread cinema.
