The Tour de Alm
Grab your mountain bike or e-bike and immerse yourself in the vastness of the lower Mühlviertel. Those who do not underestimate the "hills" north of the Danube are well advised, as the tour is a sporting challenge with a total length of 188 kilometres and 5410 metres in altitude! Experience the diversity of the region on demanding ascents and marvellous descents. The gentle hills and the many far-reaching views will inspire you. The tour takes you to a number of cultural and natural sights. Accommodation providers, inns, service partners and taxis along the route will ensure your satisfaction. You can join the tour at any point and it is up to you and your physical fitness to decide how long you want to spend on the "Tour de Alm" MTB adventure. If luggage transfer is necessary, this will be organised by the accommodation providers.

Mountain biking "On the Mühlviertler Alm"
Discover mountain biking "On the Mühlviertler Alm" on 12 varied mountain bike day trails, laid out as circular routes of between 15 and 52 kilometres. The tours lead to impressive granite formations, special nature reserves and unique castle ruins.
Test your limits and experience nature up close.
The map includes the following locations: Bad Zell, Kaltenberg, Königswiesen, Liebenau, Pierbach, Rechberg, Schönau i. M., St. Leonhard b. Fr., St. Georgen a. W., Unterweißenbach, Weitersfelden.
Mountain biking "Around Bad Leonfelden"
The Mühlviertel highlands offer a true paradise for mountain bike enthusiasts. With a total of 34 varied routes winding through the picturesque landscape, there is something for every taste and ability. From gentle hills to challenging climbs, the trails lead through dense forests, across wide meadows and past idyllic villages.
Mountain biking "Around Freistadt"
With the mountain bike map "Around Freistadt", you can experience a varied landscape on 8 daily stages north of Freistadt with challenging climbs and marvellous descents. The tours are designed as circular routes and are between 22 and 40 kilometres long. For particularly ambitious bikers, individual tours can also be combined into extended stages.
The map includes the following locations: Freistadt, Grünbach, Lasberg, Leopoldschlag, Rainbach, St. Oswald bei Freistadt and Windhaag bei Freistadt.
Mountain biking "Around the Bohemian Forest"
The routes lead through the picturesque landscape of the Bohemian Forest and offer breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and valleys. From one-day to multi-day tours through the Mühlviertel region, there is something for everyone.
There are also numerous easier routes for families or less experienced mountain bikers, leading through gently rolling hills.
Mountain biking "Around the Aisttal"
With the "Around the Aisttal" mountain bike map, you can get on the saddle and get pedalling. On 12 mountain bike routes with a crisp 7,700 metres in altitude and around 330 kilometres in the medium difficulty range,
you will find pure mountain biking enjoyment around Feld- and Waldaist. The tours can also be combined with each other. The map includes the following locations: Alberndorf, Bad Zell, Gutau, Hagenberg, Kefermarkt, Neumarkt i.M., Pregarten, Tragwein, Sandl, St. Oswald b.Fr., Unterweitersdorf, Waldburg and Wartberg ob der Aist.

We still look for a place to relieve ourselves where it won't disturb anyone.
7. Wild parking causes trouble
Roadside parking, annoyed neighbours, parking tickets and reports: None of this is necessary. That's why we start from the designated car park or travel in a climate-friendly way by public transport.
