Course with a Meat Sommelier
In line with the mission of our organization, Lebens-Werte-Zukunft, we aim to promote culinary arts, celebrate the joy of eating, and teach cooking techniques. In our barbecue school, you’ll learn how to properly use your barbecue equipment with a few tips and tricks. Our barbecue courses are designed to help our participants discover the joy of preparing a variety of dishes on different types of grills. Michael is happy to share his extensive knowledge about meat and aims to raise awareness of how important animal welfare and proper feeding are for meat quality. Of course, fun and enjoyment are never left out of the equation.

Barbecue classes are held in all weather conditions and year-round for groups of 6 or more people. Dates are arranged on an individual basis. Classes are available every weekday except Sunday.
Duration: approx. 5–6 hours; €135 per person, including a meal (usually 7 to 8 courses) and beverages.
Overnight accommodations for up to 10 people are available as part of the barbecue class in double rooms, including breakfast.
