1st day:
Individual arrival from 1.00 pm (time for arriving, drinks in the sun, a walk or lunch; please note: The pools can be used this afternoon, but the saunas are not heated).
"Bread baking part 1" 14.00 - approx. 16.30: Welcome aperitif, starter doughs all about wheat, rye & spelt; preparation wood-fired oven; theory & practice
Evening: "Private" gourmet dinner "Mühlviertler Mund.Art" from our award-winning kitchen

2nd day:

Served gourmet breakfast with the best bread "Baking bread part 2" 09.00 - approx. 14.00 a.m.: Heating, main doughs, baking; theory & practice Lunch: Wood-fired oven-fresh "Mühlviertler Feuerflecken" & refreshing drinks in the garden You are then welcome to enjoy the day in the wellness area In the evening: Gourmet dinner & a conscious end to the day...

3rd day:

Check out by 11.00 a.m.; you are welcome to have an optional wellness dinner at our hotel until 7 p.m. at an extra charge...
