The Mühlviertler Ölmühle is a long-established business in Haslach where precious flaxseed oil is extracted from flaxseeds. Other high-quality cooking oils are also pressed there. Adjacent to the production facility, set in the picturesque surroundings of the old mill, is an exhibition of historical equipment that can be viewed as part of a guided tour. During the tour, visitors learn about the history of the oil mill and the traditional methods used to produce these valuable oils. At the end of the tour, an oil tasting awaits you.

• Guided Tour + Flaxseed Oil Potatoes: Upon request, flaxseed oil potatoes with a beverage can also be served in the mill—for groups of 20 or more
• Interactive Guided Tour: We offer the opportunity to prepare your own flaxseed oil spreads and flaxseed oil potatoes and then taste them
