Sternstein Trail - Der Naturmarathon

The Sternstein & Hochlandtrail is a varied trail running event in the region around Linz and Zwettl an der Rodl and is aimed at both ambitious runners and recreational athletes.

The Sternsteintrail starts with a free start time between 5:30 and 7:00 am in the center of Linz (Taubenmarkt) and leads through impressive sections of nature and landscape towards the Mühlviertel. The Hochland Trail starts at 11:30 am at the Bee Museum in Zwettl an der Rodl, also with flexible starting times.

Participants benefit from an individually selectable start time, several refreshment stations along the route and a well-organized start number distribution in advance and on the day of the event.

The event combines a sporting challenge with a nature experience and offers trail running enthusiasts a special running experience in the Upper Austrian highlands.
