The accommodation is located on the northern edge of Pregarten, a place with excellent infrastructure and easily reachable from Linz.
We offer our guests 1 double room or a single room (shared bathroom facilities), a large fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a collection of games and a selection of books and DVDs (and player), a large shady garden, a sunny terrace, and close proximity to the Feldaist nature reserve (with walking paths and swimming opportunities in summer).
Breakfast is available upon request.
