Windhaag bei Perg

Windhaag, the snug holiday resort in immediate vicinity to Perg, has 1,300 inhabitants. It nestles in lower Mühlviertel´s granite foothills at 514 m above sea level.

Altenburg Affiliated Church
In its interior this outstanding church features marvelous fresco paintings in the crypt area (going back to 1512) and the recently renovated, 300-year old organ with its picturesque decoration. The ancient church bell (weight: 100 kg) dates back to 1340. Altenberg is a must-see for culture and art fans!
