The Ebnerhof is a biodynamically managed Demeter farm in the Mühlviertel. On barren granite soils, between grain fields, orchards, animals and herbs, food is produced with origin, husbandry and history. The farm is also known for its seed breeding - among other things, numerous spelt varieties are grown here to preserve old varieties.
Depending on the season and availability, the organic farm store at Ebnerhof sells various products directly from the farm, such as potatoes, cereals, eggs, meat, honey, herbal teas, jams, brandies and other fine specialties. If you appreciate regional quality, organic products and direct contact with the farm, this is the right place for you.
The farm store is open Monday to Saturday from 8:00 to 18:00. Products can also be shipped if required.
