We run a small organic farm in Bad Zell with approx. 8 hectares of agricultural land. Our Galloway cattle live in year-round free-range husbandry. The meat of this robust breed tastes very tender and flavoursome due to its natural slow growth.
We slaughter cattle from this extensive suckler cow husbandry about twice a year and sell 5kg mixed packages. We are happy to receive advance bookings.
