Yoga connects body, mind and soul.
It makes you physically healthier, mentally clearer, and emotionally more balanced.
It helps us to release tension, stress, anger and fear and therefore to cope better with everyday life. We breathe deeper and perceive our body more consciously. Stress and tensions are stored to a lesser extent in the body, so exhaustion, chronic pain and illness can be avoided or alleviated.
Not only are individual muscle groups activated, but the entire muscles of the body are moved, stretched and strengthened harmoniously. Together with targeted breathing exercises (pranayama) and relaxation exercises / light meditation, the life energy can flow freely.
There is no age limit for yoga and everyone, whether well or poorly trained, can practice yoga.
