Leo Gradl - award-winning chef and multiple barbecue world champion - has fulfilled a dream with his barbecue school in the Silent Valley;
They have been revitalising the old mill in the Silent Valley since 2013. Forest sheep graze on almost 3 hectares of grassland, geese graze, ducks waddle and chickens peck. Fruit trees have been planted, a berry and herb garden planted and a new farm building, photovoltaic system and constructed wetland built.
