Gallneukirchen Local Heritage Museum

Gallneukirchen, Oberösterreich, Österreich

The Museum has displays on trades and local workshops, which partly no longer exist today.

Pride of place is given to a church clock (dating back to 1774), a still working smithy, various farming equipment, and miniature equipment and tools. There are exhibits of a cobbler´s workshop, a tailor´s workshop, glazier´s tools, and of the village dungeon. What´s more, there´s the prehistoric collection of Josef Kneidinger, numerous interesting exhibits and items telling the history of the Horse-Drawn Railroad.
