Sabine Eilmsteiner, a qualified forest air bath attendant, grew up with nature-loving parents and an herb-loving grandmother in the heart of the Mühlviertel region.

"The forest has always been a part of my home and is still more familiar to me now than any city can ever be. The forest - a place where magical things happen to me, a place where I can gather healing, nourishing and delicious things, draw strength and calm down. In my work as a nature and landscape mediator, it is above all the forest to which I devote my attention, where my enthusiasm lives."
