As a landlady, I cook for you with my kitchen team full of enthusiasm and am personally responsible for the quality of the food. I learnt beef roulade, Beuscherl, goulash and much more from my mother, who was a gifted cook, and I leave them as they are. Cooking is a passion for me and I always try to surprise my guests! I can only cook honest dishes with the best ingredients.

That's why we use:

The finest quality meat from my brother Wolfgang Böhm's butcher's shop,
the eggs are from happy hens - the Aigner family,
the local bakers provide us with bread during the day.
When buying fruit and vegetables, we pay attention to
organic quality.
