The parish church is a 5-aisled basilica with a magnificent choir vault. (Church guide is available).
The parish church, a Romanesque basilica from the 13th century, was Gothicised in the 14th and 15th centuries, was given a 4th and 5th, albeit shorter, side aisle and finally, executed by the Freistadt master stonemason Mathes Klayndl between 1485 and 1501, the magnificent Gothic east choir with a height of 15 metres and an elaborately intertwined vault.Summer: 8.00 am - 7.00 pm
Winter: 8.00 am - 5.00 pm
Deviations and exceptions on individual days are however possible!
