The mük in Freistadt is an old town centre full of art, crafts and culinary delights.
Unique paintings and other art objects, textiles, jewellery, ceramics, books and selected culinary delights are exhibited and sold at mük from Wednesday to Saturday from 10 am to 6 pm (daily in December).

Behind this is a co-operation of around 100 small Mühlviertel workshops with the aim of offering showrooms and sales rooms for their high-quality products that are open all year round. The added value remains in the region and the historic town centre of Freistadt provides the ideal setting for this. Exhibitions, sales and events are spread over 350 square metres on three floors. The mük is unique in Upper Austria in terms of its size and the variety on offer.

Coming from Linz, take the A7 and S10 motorways to the Freistadt Nord exit. Continue through two roundabouts in the direction of Freistadt. The MÜK is located in the historic centre of Freistadt. There are free car parks around the old town. You can reach the MÜK from the car parks in less than 5 minutes.
