We love our farm and our life, we make no secret of that. We would like to share this with you to create unforgettable moments. Regardless of whether you are a trail rider, a family or someone in need of relaxation, everyone will find their dream time with us.

In the five newly built apartments, only high-quality materials were combined with the clear Mühlviertler style in conjunction with modern accents. Between 55 and 75 square meters invite you to linger and feel good. A fully equipped kitchen as well as large bedrooms and living rooms are rounded off by a modern bathroom. But the most beautiful accessory is the view of the picturesque nature in which this farm is embedded. We also have two barrier-free apartments.

Landhaus Apartment

Our country house apartment was completely renovated and newly furnished in 2024. Only high-quality materials were used, with a focus on country house style. The 75 sqm living space features a large bedroom, a barrier-free bathroom, and a spacious kitchen-living room tailored to the needs of wheelchair users. Additionally, it has its own sunny terrace with a ball grill.

But the most beautiful accessory is the view of the picturesque nature in which this farm is nestled.
We also have a barrier-free wine tavern.

In September 2023, we - Patrick, Katharina, Amelie, and Michaela - fulfilled our dream of having our own horse farm.
Our house is - without wanting to exaggerate - in a breathtakingly beautiful landscape with wonderful views down to the Ötscher. We are very nature-oriented and animal lovers, so everyone who shares our vibe is welcome.
