Experience the breathtaking "1000m Platzl", a pearl in the Mühlviertel, near Bad Leonfelden! The vantage point captivates with its impressive panoramas and invites you to enjoy unforgettable moments in the warmer months. Discover the beauty of the region - an experience for young and old!

Along the Sternstein circular trail no. 28, the Nordwaldkammweg (NWK) and 200m north of the Berggasthof Waldschenke, you will find the "1000-m-Platzl" with a wonderful view at 1000 meters above sea level to the south. This square was planned and built by Willi Fröhlich in 2006 with the support of the Prince Starhemberg's Family Foundation and the Vorderweißenbach Beautification and Village Development Association.
