I work independently of riding styles, the focus is on a balanced seat and healthy riding.
Our own body awareness plays a major role in being able to communicate better with the horse.
I find it important to respond to each rider and their horse individually and to pick them up where they are in their training.
My concept of riding lessons with elements of Centered Riding® and horsemanship work well together and also work individually, so there is something for everyone.
