Gotikforum Kefermarkt Part 2: “Gotik ganz nah” Digitization Exhibition

At several stations, visitors can learn about the background, results, and further details regarding the 2025 digitization of the parish church and the altar

• A film about the significance of the digitization project, featuring recording engineer Christoph Schindelar, who won the “Immersive Award 2025” for the pilot project in New York.
• A digital, interactive tour around the altar, allowing visitors to zoom in on even the smallest details from the base to the top and learn selected stories about the altar.
• The opportunity to use virtual reality goggles to paint the altar as it might have looked or as you imagine it should look.
• Information about the current exhibition at the Aleš Gallery in the Wortnerhaus in Budweis. Works on display here may have been created by the unknown master from Kefermarkt.

We, the Kunst Kultur Association in Kefermarkt and KBW Kefermarkt, are pleased to present the new exhibition both on display panels and digitally.

Exhibition Hours: Mon, Wed, Thu, Fri: 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Sat: 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Sun: 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Closed on Tuesdays
