2st Freistädter Wiesn Challenge

6 athletes, 6 stages is the motto of the new sporting event for the Mühlviertler Wiesn on
Saturday, 17 August in Freistadt.

When 4 regional clubs join forces and create a new competition, it arouses the curiosity of many athletes.

The competition consists of the disciplines of road running, mountain running, mountain biking, road cycling, off-road running and dirt running and can only be completed in teams of 6 as a relay. The route leads to popular training and excursion destinations for athletes such as the Buchberg in Lasberg, the Braunberg in St. Oswald or along the horse-drawn railway trail in Summerau. The start and finish are located at the Mühlviertler Wiesn in Freistadt.

The organising clubs Sportunion Lasberg, Sportunion St. Oswald, FF Summerau and Tripower Freistadt with the organising team Christian Auer, Christoph and Dominik Haider are looking forward to  numerous participants.
