The building has a special history. Not only does it reflect the people who once lived there, but it also formerly housed the old savings bank of Mauthausen and still tells a part of the town’s history today.

Old meets new: In recent years, it has been completely renovated and now combines the advantages of a historic building—high ceilings, unique charm, and a modern living experience—in perfect harmony.
