The Roadlberg is a 778 meter high elevation in the municipalities of Ottenschlag and Alberndorf. The landscape conservation area is accessed by a 1.6 km long hiking trail that starts at the Roadlhof snack station.
The Roadlberg is characterized by mixed forests, in which in addition to the spruces brought in as crops, the original beech trees are also represented. The forests alternate with meadows. The "Edelwiese" is an example of a dry meadow on which bluebells bloom and which is a valuable habitat for a whole range of rare plants. This also applies to dry stone walls, which are a valuable habitat for animals such as lizards and various types of insects. The hiking trail around the Roadlberg is equipped with informative display boards.
