We have been producing top-quality bread and biscuits since 1835. We have continued to develop and so, 30 years ago, we specialised in biscuits and gingerbread made from organic spelt and high-quality raw materials, using only natural ingredients and high-quality Grander water.
We do not use flavour enhancers, chemical additives or artificial colourings, but only the best ingredients for the best specialities.
We bake with passion.
