About our bakery

Snacking naturally, because it tastes better!

We have been producing top-quality bread and biscuits since 1835. We have continued to develop and so, 30 years ago, we specialised in biscuits and gingerbread made from organic spelt and high-quality raw materials, using only natural ingredients and high-quality Grander water.

We do not use flavour enhancers, chemical additives or artificial colourings, but only the best ingredients for the best specialities.

We bake with passion.

Our spelled specialties are available as: Gingerbread, various cookies, biscuits, rusks, crispbread without yeast, muesli bars, whole grain bread as well as biscuits based on recipes from St. Hildegard von Bingen Spice biscuits, Qendl biscuits and galangal kels  

Our organic specialties include: Gingerbread without added sugar, biscuits without added sugar, house biscuit, poppy seed biscuit, aloe vera biscuit, Linzeradl wholemeal biscuit, Sterngartl biscuit (gluten-free), muesli bars, bakery cakes without yeast, gingerbread with sheep's milk chocolate, vital power bars
