Auer Severin - farm managed nursery

Anyone who buys vegetables here in the summer can be sure they’re getting regional tomatoes and cucumbers—vegetables in which you can taste the richness of the soil and the spring water of the Mühlviertel region. One of Severin’s specialties is the produce section, where you’ll find, for example, grafted cucumber plants, herbs, and a huge selection of vegetable plants. 

Even cucumbers and gardeners can become YouTube stars—like Severin and his vegetables in Aigen-Schlägl. This town in the Upper Mühlviertel region has been a popular destination long before the 2018 State Garden Show. The hearts of enthusiastic gardeners will beat faster here, too! Just behind the imposing monastery with its yellow walls, past the Stiftskeller, lies Severin’s greenhouse. This is where Severin Auer has been working for over 30 years.
