We are a traditional, third-generation Freistadt family business. 365 days a year, we live a philosophy that is characterised by appreciation, togetherness, originality and a connection to the region. And you can clearly taste this in our products: naturally fresh and heartily good.

We focus on regionality and have been working in close partnership with the Knollmühle in St. Georgen/Gusen for years. Our cereals come from Upper Austria. Our bread also comes from a real bakery. With real sourdough. Above all, that takes time. And that's what we give our craft.
