Cancellation Policy:

In the event of a cancellation, a percentage of the agreed-upon tour fee will be charged as a cancellation fee:
– Up to 14 days before the tour date: 0%
– Between 14 and 3 days before the tour date: 30%
– Less than 3 days before the tour date: 50%
– “No-show” (customer does not show up for the tour): 100%
The day of cancellation and the agreed-upon tour date are both counted as full days when calculating the cancellation period. Cancellations can only be accepted in writing.
