A historical jewel!
The landmark of Waxenberg is one of the oldest castle complexes in the Mühlviertel and offers a panoramic view of the Alps. It has been renovated by many volunteers over the past 15 years and has been the focus of cultural activities since then. Guided tours of the castle and torchlight hikes are also possible.
