Does it have to remain a pipe dream or do you perhaps want to turn this dream into reality? At the Kräuteralm it can become reality - at least for a few hours! "Aufi fåhrn und åba kema" is our motto. With us (Fred & Christine) you will feel transported to another time. Accompany Christine on a herb hike and you will be amazed at how quickly you can reduce stress and escape the grey everyday life. Without any time pressure, we walk leisurely through our own natural meadows, get to know a wide variety of herbs and flowers, listen to little stories or fairy tales about the plants and enjoy the tranquillity of nature. Tired hikers regain new energy with the small delicacies that Fred conjures up from the various wild herbs we have learnt about. At the cosy get-together afterwards, we discuss the wild herb recipes so that you can spoil your family with the "wild delicacies" yourself. This is how a wild herb hike with Christine becomes a special experience! Our daily work: We focus on growing herbs and use a lot of imagination and creativity to design our cosy garden areas - the cottage garden, the annual cycle of the Celts or our witches' garden.All herbs are harvested by hand, freshly processed and carefully dried and refined according to old traditional recipes.
