We also operate a communal composting plant. In the small **organic self-service farm shop** you can shop all day from Monday to Sunday. The range includes organic eggs and pasta, organic sausage, organic juices, organic seasonal vegetables and compost, all from our own production. The farm shop is shared with other farmers, so there are also potatoes, yoghurt, curd cheese, yoghurt balls in oil, hard cheese (organic cow's milk), honey, spelt rice, spelt flour and rye flour.
