In addition to classics such as sunflower and rapeseed oil, we also use hemp and linseed oil, which make a valuable contribution to vitality cuisine thanks to their balanced content of omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids.In order to guarantee a high-quality product and the freshness of the oils, we press small quantities as required. Very low temperatures during the pressing process ensure that vitamins and fatty substances are retained.The vegetable oils also contain the valuable suspended matter, as we do not filter it but allow it to settle and do not subject it to any further treatment.The slow pressing process and low temperature mean that important flavours and ingredients are retained and the natural aroma of the oilseeds can develop its full effect.We also grow spelt in our fields, which is used to make our spelt pasta and spelt rice. We also offer special spelt pasta that not only contains spelt flour, but also flour made from the press cake of our oils.(Spelt pasta with linseed, hemp or rapeseed press cake).
