Junior boss Moritz Aschauer has started distilling his stale bread under the name "hochBROTzentig" to make the spirits: "BROTUZO", "BROTGINSKY" and "BROTKA". Bread enjoyment that could not be more different. Fresh bread and pastries as well as the spirits from hochBROTzentig can be purchased in the department stores' alongside many other foodstuffs.
