We look forward to welcoming you as our customer. ### Catering Are you planning a large celebration, a private party, a grand opening or another event? Then you've come to the right place, because for several years we have been able to cater for more than 1000 people, naturally with the appropriate plates and cutlery. The desired organic products, such as schnitzel, chops, cheese grills, sausages etc. are grilled by us in front of your guests. Organic side dishes such as homemade bread dumplings, sauerkraut, red cabbage, potato salad and rolls are also available on request. In addition to the organic suckling pig, the organic boxed roast and the organic leg ham, our "organic grilled bull knuckle" is a speciality that stands for both uniqueness and exclusivity. This is truly a feast for your palate! ### Fine spirits When we talk about quality in schnapps, it starts with the harvesting of the ingredients. The drying and cleaning of the grain as well as the correct storage are of crucial importance. We prepare the mash and the distilling process according to old traditions. This gives our grain schnapps its special flavour. In 2018, we received the gold medal for our Kornbrand at the Wieselburger Ab-Hof-Messe in the "Das goldene Stamperl" category. The Kornbrand was also recognised as the 2018 regional winner. We also offer delicious, homemade liqueurs. We also offer our selection of schnapps and liqueurs as gifts. We will be happy to put together a selection for you according to your personal preferences.
