The home offers [living with care in shared houses](http://www.diakoniewerk-oberoesterreich.at/de/wohnen-mit-pflege-bad-zell-seniorenarbeit/ "Link zu Wohnen mit Pflege in Hausgemeinschaften in Bad Zell") for 48 elderly people, with four shared houses each accommodating twelve elderly people in need of care and support. The residents of two house communities moved in on 1 February 2016, with the other two planned for April and June respectively.
