And this is the path we are now taking with our Schwarzbergerhof. ### **Product range** Fresh meat cuts such as lung roasts, sirloin, steaks, schnitzel, goulash meat and much more will not only be available in first-class organic quality, but also perfectly hung and matured in our online shop and in the farm shop. Snack specialities such as cold roasts, sausages and bacon will also be available in the weekly fresh range. ### **Quick organic dishes - freshly cooked** Our organic dishes in a jar will quickly satisfy any hunger. Our range will include spreads, lard, stocks, roast jus and classics such as goulash, beef roulades, ragouts, sugos, curries and much more. We take our time and cook on the farm according to tried and tested recipes using the best organic ingredients. Every Friday and Saturday **oven-warm farmhouse bread** from our wood-fired oven!
