All parts of the room have cross-ribbed vaults, only the side aisle is square-vaulted. The western, three-axis organ loft is cross-ribbed vaulted and rests on granite pillars. The small, chapel-like sacristy is located in the south-east. The late historic interior features a neo-Gothic pulpit with evangelist symbols. The Hillebrand organ was built in Hanover in the 1950s and installed in Gallneukirchen in 1969. The organ has a mechanical action with two manubrien and 17 stops. The pews date back to 1906 and feature grape ornamentation. The church was renovated from 1995 to 1997.
