Since man eats, spices are synonymous with culinary adventure travel. Whether noble smells, special flavors or noble drops - all these things are in direct connection with the term SPECIALTY. We have made it our mission to revive the traditional term and create a leisure space for body and soul. Regional delicacies, selected wines and special delicacies will be tasted and taken home in our SPECIALTY.
Organic cheese from Lembach, crispy sausages from Sarleinsbach or beer specialties from St. Stefan - this small excerpt from the Assortment Schneider range shows the wide range of often unknown specialties the Mühlviertel has to offer.
The Genuss Region reflects our values of quality, regionality and sustainability very well. Processing of seasonal food from peasant production and the respectful, sustainable handling of it. Since we promote a sustainable and healthy lifestyle in our philosophy, we process regional and healthy products. We offer traditional and seasonal cuisine and source our products mostly from the region to avoid long transport routes.
