The development, administration, servicing, curation, marketing as well as management of, in particular tourist-related, brands and the development, coordination, implementation as well management, in particular tourist-related, of advertising measures or marketing activities for those tourism towns of the Mühlviertel region, which are covered by the association area of one of the shareholders or their (ordinary) members. We declare compliance with the provisions of the Austrian data protection law (DSG 2000). In particular data is used exclusively in the context of orders (§ 11 DSG) as well as measures to guarantee data security, why ensuring that data is used properly and not made accessible to unauthorised persons (§ 14 DSG). Purchaser, service provider and their employees are obliged to secrecy and confidentiality with regard to the data disclosed by the users, as long as there no legally admissible ground for a transmission or disclosure of the data entrusted or made accessible (§ 15 DSG).

The tourism association will use this data solely to optimise their website and for market research purposes.

The tourism association accords great importance to data protection. For this reason we use the function „_anonymizeIp()“, which means that IP addresses are further processed only in an abbreviated form and therefore a direct reference to a person is impossible. The collection as well as storage of data can be objected to at any time with future effect. In addition, the possibility exists of permanently objecting to the Tracking – for this you must use the “deactivate” button. So that the stoppage is undertaken permanently, your browser must accept Cookies. 9. Google Remarketing

This website uses Google Remarketing – an advertising service of Google Inc., with which previous visitors to the website can be targeted directly. Third parties including Google run advertisements on websites on the internet. To do this, they use Cooked in order to run advertisements on the basis of previous visit by a user to this website. The identification of the users is here made using Cookies inserted in the web browser. With the assistance of text files, the user behaviour when visiting the website can be analysed and subsequently used for targeted product recommendations and interest-based advertising. If you do not wish to receive any interest-based advertising, you can deactivate the use of cookies by Google for these purposes with the advertising settings manager, and adapt advertisements in the Google Display Network, by visiting the deactivation site for DoubleClick .
