2. Object of the company
The development, administration, servicing, curation, marketing as well as management of, in particular tourist-related, brands and the development, coordination, implementation as well management, in particular tourist-related, of advertising measures or marketing activities for those tourism towns of the Mühlviertel region, which are covered by the association area of one of the shareholders or their (ordinary) members. We declare compliance with the provisions of the Austrian data protection law (DSG 2000). In particular data is used exclusively in the context of orders (§ 11 DSG) as well as measures to guarantee data security, why ensuring that data is used properly and not made accessible to unauthorised persons (§ 14 DSG). The tourism association accords great importance to data protection. For this reason we use the function „_anonymizeIp()“, which means that IP addresses are further processed only in an abbreviated form and therefore a direct reference to a person is impossible. The collection as well as storage of data can be objected to at any time with future effect. In addition, the possibility exists of permanently objecting to the Tracking – for this you must use the “deactivate” button. So that the stoppage is undertaken permanently, your browser must accept Cookies.
